| | Coach thinks it is a good idea to run up the hill for two miles and then back down for the other two.... Liz and I thought this was a bad idea. On the plus side weather was nice and talking with Coach Holt about the up coming season was good motivation! |

Ran on a trail I have never been on and liked it alot. It was cool! I still feel out of shape. |

I can't keep up with stoner, kaylee and coach for very long but a little more each day so that is a good sign! Kids Camp was fun... 5th and 6th boys are a crazy bunch and threw things at me haha | |

| | Next week I am going to get my lazy butt out of bed to run in the morning.... the heat was not fun! I felt lots better this saturday then last though. I did better at drinking water which I think made a big difference! I made sure I streched today cuz I haven't been (i know very bad) and my legs have been tight. | |

| | Learned some good things today. It is days like this when I remember the reasons I love running so much. It was great to run with coach and the top girls. It has been strange not having coach roberts around! |

4 miles- 2 loops in the lot.. it was good! and one set of striders... it was also good.

I am so glad I got up to run cuz when I went out I ran into makayla and colton! I ran with them while they finished off thier run and we ran into manu.. haha he came along for a little. It was soooo crazy and great fun! | |

5 mile coral cayon death run......... it was THE WORST! Plus striders which may have been the slowest striders I've ever done. Not my best day. Rachel kept me going and made me stay with them which was really hard but I am super glad she did it. It has been hard lately, I feel like I am back a square one which is driving me mad. It use to be that I stayed with them no problem.

Still hard to keep up but little better everyday. Tempo felt fast. This was indeed the same place we ran when we got lost. I like the days I work hard though cuz it makes it feel worth it. Mia has helped me see that I have an attitude problem... new goal is to work on that. Positive thinking is the first step.

I seriously considered leaving. but they ended up not being on the hill I thought they were going to be so it ended up not so bad. I felt better today then I have all week. PM: 3 my legs were rather not wanting to go again after the morning workout. It was pretty slow moving for an easy three. | |

| | I was really worried about this long run cuz of girls camp and such but it ended up not being bad at all. I liked the long! |

race in the evening.... well I am having a really hard time moving past this one. I know I can run better then that and am really mad at myself. My dad told me something that I really liked.. he said "well this can do one of two things. It can either discourage you and ruin the season or it can light a fire"... I better make sure that fire stays lit. |

I tried really hard to stay relaxed and I did well until the very end and then I got stressed and tensed up. which proves what pete was tell me right. I hope I do as well on saturday. | |
| | 3 day using foam rollers and it is helping. my knees are doing lots better I just need to make sure I stay on top of that. I don't know if it could be hotter outside... its beastly! |

Wave hills today... mark said no hills :/ makes me feel lame but I'm really nervous about how my knees have been feeling lately so I'll listen. Great to run with my pals.. love them! |
